We say things like, defense in depth, layered security, compliance is not security, security awareness, first principles, and ridicule the user for failure to adhere to rules we don’t follow. Then wonder why things get breached.

Gov tries. For whatever reason in the last two years I have not heard anything cybery from a gov resource as actionable I was not already aware of sometimes months prior. Yet I here state and local govs and companies that are all tell us secret stuff
