If I say I think liver transplants should be equally available to people with and without psychiatric diagnoses (to pick an arbitrary-ish example), just about everybody understands that I'm not thereby endorsing any especially sketchy liver-procurement practices.

It's almost like their arguments against this were never made in good faith. Also the uteri might likely come from trans men first, and vice versa... so they'd get privates swapping.

Legit RadFems would be happy about this as it would relieve reproductive labour being the sole preserve and expectation of cis women and thus a key axis of oppression
