    I've seen many leaders at the top of their fields who are incredibly spiritual people. They resort to prayer and a deep faith in God to guide their work. I'm starting a series on this topic . It's time to understand spiritual leadership principles at work.

    The biggest lie we've been sold is that you need to be an early riser to succeed. I've met people who start their day at 5AM and hustle hard until 7PM. Yet... Their business, relationships & health are all trash. It's not about a few extra hours. It's what you do with them.

    3. The fact is this: Your employees are not lazy, apathetic, etc. They are feeling a distinct lack of connection. The purely "win at all costs" office cultures are especially toxic in not allowing real and genuine connection to form. What's at the root of this?

    2. "There was a hunger for companionship that was evident in many of the men and women I cared for over the years." Bingo! In transactional relationships at work, it is hard to feel a sense of companionship. Workplace friendships can be empty and only last from 9-5 pm.
