    Again, this is incorrect. See sanctions on Russian entities starting early 2017, ‘18 offensive USCYBERCOM operations against Russian troll farms (a first for a US Admin), as well as EOs 13694, 13848, and CAATSA/CRIEEA §224 that directly addresses malicious Russian cyber activity.

    Unlike Trump, Biden has promised to retaliate against any power that interferes in US elections, whether it is against him or his opponent. This is exactly right & if the IC assesses afterward that Iran and Russia actively interfered, there should be a strong response in January.
