Don't ask questions that are meant to coax people into saying what you just want to say. Just say what you want to say. Then turn to the group with questions that are in good faith about what *they* have to say.

Please take “duties include” off your resume. You do more than just tasks at your job, and your resume should demonstrate what you’ve achieved not the bare minimum which is what “duties include” implies.
