I did not know that! Adm. Stavridis was most supportive of Cyber Security and Policy at Tufts. We didn’t meet much, but perhaps no need to as he was very proud of what we were doing (proof was in fundraising meetings with alums)
I had the pleasure of briefing Admiral Stavridis a few times. He was the closest to a renaissance person among military leaders. In his “spare” time he read poetry and wrote papers for refereed academic journals.
