If you need to enable SIP to install the nVidia Web Drivers, you can delete the "SIPManager" kext from /Library/Extensions, then rebuild the kextcache (sudo kextcache -system-prelinked-kernel). Then, the system will detect that SIP is enabled. You can then install the drivers.

Once they're installed, make sure you disable SIP by the usual method of booting off the patched USB drive and running "csrutil disable" in Terminal, then you can use the Patch Updater tool to reinstall the SIP disabler patch.
