I do some of these repairs at the repair shop I work at, but most I do either on my own machines, or on ones that people have sent me to have repaired.
Just performed one of the most difficult board repairs I've ever done... This 2017 MacBook Air came in water damaged, with no backlight. It ended up needing a new backlight IC, but also had a burnt pad underneath the BGA backlight IC. I had to run a wire underneath the chip.pic.twitter.com/dJruPmv4EN
