You just have to go through each file in the InstallAssistantAuto section of the Software Update Catalog, and download them. No special HTTP headers required. When done, get the installer app from inside BaseSystem.dmg, and rename "InstallESDDmg.pkg" to "InstallESD.dmg".

Then put the necessary files in the SharedSupport directory (you'll have to make it) of the installer app.
