      @dosdude1 i followed all the steps to install OS Sierra on my 2008 macbook pro but when i do it comes up with an error saying that it cant

      What error? Also, make sure you check system date and time if you're getting an installation error.

          It says "the software could not be installed please contact the manufacturer"
