I used a combination of the High Sierra packages, the Sierra "macOS Installer" app (in the CDIS folder), and a patched OSInstaller.framework

Have you noticed
#HighSierra causing a full freeze? Or even a forced logout? -
It definitely runs slow off a 5400RPM hard disk, but I've never had it completely lock up or force logout. It runs much better off an SSD.
