Thank You !!! Just 07:00 CET downloaded the latest version & when i check the App under „Get Info“ it shows Version: 1.4.3, Created: Friday, 17. April 2020 !?!? ...& i get the same error message during install that „an error occurred while preparing....“

I have a 2011 imac which I want to bare minimum upgrade on OS - should I aim for Catalina or play low with Mojave? Does this even matter if I m going to download a patcher for either?

Unfortunately, unless you've upgraded the video card, the stock Radeon HD 6xxx series card used in those is not supported under either Mojave or Catalina.

hey! i'm trying to use the patcher on a Mac Pro 3,1, and it doesn't reboot into the second phase of installation properly, it just keeps going back to the patcher on my USB stick?

Hold Option at boot, and select the internal "EFI Boot" volume.

@dosdude1, I have a problem with this, it's the last version downloaded from the page, it's a Macbook pro 2011, I try to install it on a 120 gb adata ssd and appears that message "an internal error occurred while copying the installer to the destination"pic.twitter.com/XgE8qoeAtE
