Finally managed to rectify the issues present in 10.15.4 with Catalina Patcher. Patcher version 1.3.5 has just been released, which has full support for 10.15.4. http://dosdude1.com/catalina

I updated it 2 days ago to version 1.4.4, which supports 10.15.5. It does indeed work fine.
