If this happens when booting from the USB drive, chances are it's the drive itself. Using a different USB drive will probably help.

I had the same issue as well; the installation part went through; the next part, when the OS is about to load, it got frozen. After rebooting several times, I gave up and turned off the system. The next day I turned it back on and it loaded just fine.pic.twitter.com/aEpyX2UpGj
