    Do you have another USB drive you can try? If so, try that. Also, ensure you're using the latest Catalina Patcher version (1.4.3) along with the latest Catalina Installer app (15.4.02).

        Yes, the Patcher version I just released (1.4.4) works with Catalina 10.15.5.
