Finally managed to rectify the issues present in 10.15.4 with Catalina Patcher. Patcher version 1.3.5 has just been released, which has full support for 10.15.4. http://dosdude1.com/catalina

Thank you for the Catalina download video for a Mac. Question, I didn't do a backup of my High Sierra OS and now I can't access it. Do you have any suggestions?
-
Well, of course, once you upgrade the OS, the OS is upgraded. The only way to revert back is to make a High Sierra installer, boot from that, erase your hard disk, and install.

I downloaded the patcher around 5 hours ago on a fresh installation on macOS (I needed to create a virtual machine on Windows to create a bootable USB of supported macOS and install again).

Install transmac on Windows, no need to VM.
