Only thing you can do is use another machine to create a 10.15.3 patched installer, and install that onto your machine.
Catalina Patcher update: Unfortunately, due to some major issues encountered with patching 10.15.4, the current Catalina Patcher version has now been reverted to 10.15.3 support only, and will only download 10.15.3 installers. Do NOT attempt to upgrade to 10.15.4 at this time.

If it worked, you're fine, but it does not work for the majority of users. Failure will result in a machine that hangs at the Apple loading screen.

Any idea on Bluetooth not being available after few weeks on 10.15.2 patched ? Worked properly when first installed. Will try normal troubleshoot as well
