@dosdude1 do you know where can I buy a GPU Vcore chip for a late 2012 15” retina MacBook Pro (A1389)?

Normally on these, the chip itself is fine, it's just bad solder joints that cause loss of GPU VCORE. Have you tried touching up the joints on the chip?

I tried to touch them up with a jumper wire after heating the chip to separate the solder 3 points touch each other)

The best thing to do is use a small knife tip, and run fresh leaded solder over all the joints on each side of the chip. The use of good flux is also necessary.
