      For anybody using Catalina Patcher, as of DP5, the Photos app now works perfectly with non-Metal video cards under Catalina! I have now updated the tool to support installing DP5. http://dosdude1.com/catalina pic.twitter.com/9Sz5qYRCEM

      Yes, but you don't need to erase anything. Just use the latest Patcher to download a new copy, and do an in-place install.

          I tried with the latest release but my question is: how do I boot up the catalina because I installed it into the machine but after restarting it isn't using 1.15
