Hello, can I use the macOS Catalina Patcher with an HD formatted with macOS extended Journaled?
NEW Catalina Patcher pre-release out, with all new UI! It is not fully implemented yet, but it still will allow you to create a patched installer for use on an unsupported system. As the installer? Yes. For the full installation, Catalina must be installed onto an APFS volume.

That was the "PartialPatcher". I've now released the initial (well, now second) release of the actual Catalina Patcher.
