      Download and run the Onyx application, that will fix it more than likely.

      Hi! I have the same problem. Also ran Onyx but doesn't work. One app I purchased can't be opened and when I click 'Updates' in App store it crashes everytime.. Found a solution yet?

      I never found a solution. Now I have apps the open up every time I log in. Nothing is in the start up menus or folders. Very frustrating. I only tried this workaround so I could run the new Logic X

      Ah too bad.. My plan was to run Mainstage 3 but that app doesn't download well in the app store. It does on my Macbook with the same OS X.

      This seems to happen in some cases when upgrading from macOS 10.12 or older. It can be fixed by backing up any important data and doing a clean install of Mojave.

      Thank you! Only thing is I have a Mac pro 3.1 and I think it's not suitable for Mojave due to the graphic card?

      If you apply the Legacy Video Card Patch, the stock 8800GT will work fine under Mojave.

      Thanks! I checked my system and I don't have the 8800GT, I have the ATI Radeon HD 2600. Will that work with Mojave as well?

      Yep, the Radeon HD 2600 will work fine as well.
