2011 mbp 13". I updated and now mine is stuck on the boot screen with the apple logo and a frozen spinner under the frozen progress bar.
Use latest patcher to create a USB installer, and use that to apply post-install patches.

Shortly, the correct procedure to follow is: update to 10.14.4 via App Store, reboot and than use the "dosdude1's USB installer drive" to apply post-install patches. It's correct? tnx
