@dosdude1 Hello, I have the MBP 2011 and MuxHat, and though I read the installation guide, I have a question about MuxHat. For fixing MuxHat on a chip, what should I do? Do I need to use soldering? I tried using the heat-gun only, but it goes wrong.
Yes, soldering is required to install MuxHat. You have to position it correctly overtop the gMux IC as explained on the guide, and then heat it to solder it on. A board preheater is recommended. Then, you have to solder the 3 enable line wires on.
