      Is there another way to make a bootable usb other than transmac for windows? My Mac hard drive failed and I don’t have another Mac to use to make it

      Unfortunately not, you'll need to source another Mac to make a bootable USB drive. You MAY be able to make a Snow Leopard installer using TransMac, but that's about it.

      You just use the Tools menu of the app to download the latest Public Beta.
