No... You'd have to make a USB installer of El Capitan, erase your hard drive, and install it.

Nvm it doesn’t seem like it actually installed, I was using it on a MBP 2017 with a newer OS than High Sierra, so I needed a way to just download the latest 10.13.6 installer so that I can help my friend create a Hackintosh. I think the next step on my end is getting Unibeast?
