@dosdude1 on my 13 inch late 2011 MacBook pro with 8gb of RAM running high Sierra won't work with the Patcher. I ran the installer to install it on the USB and when I try booting from it it just has the no sign. Did I do something wrong?

Oh, in that case, just ensure you're using the patcher to create a bootable USB installer. If you are unable to boot from it, try using a different USB drive. Also, ensure that it is at least 16GB in size.

It's a USB where I can put in and out a micro SD card and it's 32 GB should I use a different card or USB or both?

Yeah, use an actually flash drive... SD cards can be flaky with this kind of thing.
