For those of us who tend to own our vehicles 10-20 years, there just aren't many easy answers right now. And the price points are ridiculous.

I don't want to finance another vehicle. I've done enough of that over the past 20+ years. I want to pay cash and own it outright. And most used EVs are WAY too expensive for that. Vehicles are a (rapidly) depreciating asset. If they want us to all buy EVs, we need incentives.

Hmmm. So, I would do a slightly used Toyota Prius of some sort. Yes, I would love to go full EV, but also, I don't know if there are enough charging stations out and about yet for things like road trips.
