A combo of chopped garlic, sesame oil, a little toasted sesame seed, and then Korean chili paste (apparently you can add a little bean or miso paste) and depending on the chili paste salt to taste. Eat, refrigerate. Get the sauce to go over all the leaves. Enjoy.
