depending on how many you have, you could make a very nice habanero hot sauce with carrots and garlic and onions. long shelf life, easy prep. there are many recipes out there! otherwise maybe a quick pickle in brine and add them to each meal until they're gone?

The easiest thing is to do a quick pickle. Thin slice, throw in a jar with vinegar, salt, sugar, spices, wait 24 hours, keeps for a month.
