the Korean hot dog on a stick thing has many variations. Also, rice around rather than corn meal. Also sweet and savory:https://www.latimes.com/socal/daily-pilot/entertainment/story/2020-01-23/myungrang-hot-dog-brings-its-crispy-cheesy-sugary-rice-flour-korean-corn-dogs-to-o-c …

My mother complains that there are too many lines, so she avoids. Unless she walks by and sees that there is no line. She's totally obsessed and wants more than one kind when she goes in.

Your mother's obsession might be MY obsession. Where is she? Seoul?

Korean food is my joint and I cannot believe I didn't know about this.

I didn't either until my mom dragged me there at X-mas on the way to lunch w/ grandma b/c there was no line. She made us eat 2x. These things are hard to keep up with.

I feel like your mother may need to have a food column somewhere. She is on top of it.
