Yes finally, someone who is Korean wrote this, but do we have to pander to the white gaze. Also, I feel like that tomato recipe is basically a salad dressing. VINEGAR? In Kimchi?!?! This is like a dipping sauce you then put on top of tomatoes.

You know this "kimchi" salad is going to show up at white hipster restaurants and they are going to just tell us this is kimchi and they are being authentic. Why are we perpetrating more of this cater to white people BS?
