Great set-up, but for ramen? I was gagging (and not in a good way). I need beef or pork bone broth, garlic, freshly grated ginger, five-spice, dry parsley, scallions, tumeric, chili powder, a touch of cayenne, coarse black pepper, and a dash of pink sea salt. Simmer for 1-2 days.

All the lovely broth, pork, scallions, Chinese greens, ginger and garlic, seaweed, soy puffs, and an egg. Also a dash of fish sauce. No cheese.

I forgot the fish sauce and seaweed! And yes, all the greens. I tend to add chopped kale and the over-easy egg on top with or without meat, but with Ramen—I favor lean pork too!
