It doesn't come into thie subject. It's one more of a long list of insults thrown at people for happen to disagree with transgender ideology, i.e that gender is innate, represents the "true self", is "assigned at birth" and that "true gender" can mismatch the assigned one. 1/

We wouldn't? As I understand it, indigenous peoples in Australia and North America are "people who were there for a looong time before the whites came in the 17th-18th centuries." White people have been here a looong time - doesn't that make us indigenous?

Angles, Saxons and Jutes migrated to Britain in the middle part of the first Millennium CE. They aren't indigenous to Britain. The Indigenous peoples of Australia and the Americas have been present on those lands since prehistoric times.
