Please. So somehow upholding white supremacy and the white colonialist violence of cisgendered binary gender is somehow "feminist." Making the category of gender essential to genitalia is somehow what, a throwback from 40 years ago. Waiting for your current research.

So do you think transwomen should be treated the same as men? Surely you must, since otherwise that would be inequitable. But then one must wonder, what is the difference between transwomen and men?

Nice catch there!

How is that different from what I said? I said "women", I did not say "just cisgendered white women". Why would you think that's what I meant? And I said "equally fairly" rather than "equitably". Is there a legal difference there?

That's why I used the possibly woolly term "equally fairly"- because it's too late at night for me to be digesting differences between concepts like equity and equality. I was hoping
@dorothyk98 wd explain why she had used "equitable" and by implication rejected "equally fairly". - Show replies

No-one on my timeline is only arguing for "white, cisgendered women". You are grossly misrepresenting (that is a nice word for lying about) the positions of feminists who do not agree with you. Have you actually read any of their work?
