The worst is when the hipster kimchi is served in hipster restaurants. I once had “bibimbap+kimchi” served to me in Woodstock where bibimbap=rice bowl w/ no gochujang, & kimchi=cooked cabbage sprinkled with chili flakes (not the Korean kind).
