Hey , maybe you should consider using a more reliable courier service to deliver your merch. Was super, super excited to try the glow lamp tonight. Raving all about it to friends and coworkers. Huge letdown by someone you rely on, to creating a good experience

I pay shipping for it to be delivered to my home and not for me to go to your access point to pick up because your driver not only, too lazy to try at our door but even to leave a paper tag to let me know.

And if i was supposedly 'unavailable', why is it every single time there is ZERO delivery tags? ZERO notifications? Why is it that it has to be the vendor that tells me it has been ~delivered~?
