Have YOU tried to get one, Dorit? I mean, I know you believe WHOLE HEARTEDLY vaccines are perfect & such but have you asked your own ped if they’d write you one if your son qualified?
#justasking -
No. But I have a friend with a kid with cancer that cannot get live virus
#vaccines, until done. And a fellow with a child who is a transplant recipient. Both are using legitimate exemptions. Both are very concerned about fake exemptions putting their kids at risk. - Show replies

Yup, on brand the trolls would say yes. But again, they're trolls and bots. In San Diego one doc was responsible for one third of the 486 medical exemptions... so yes, if you look you can find a ME from someone disreputable.

And in the Bay Area 5 or 6 were responsible for 60%. I represent a couple hundred primary care pediatricians, all of whom would write an exemption if medically appropriate. We also have 750 Peds specialists who do when the reason falls under their area of expertise. Not true.
