    I don’t think people have fully digested this shocking fact: Coronavirus was discovered in the U.S. on the SAME DAY it was discovered in South Korea. They mobilized their entire society and it is now contained. Trump called it a hoax and it’s now out of control.

    The first coronavirus case in the U.S. and South Korea was detected on the same day. By late January, Seoul had medical companies starting to work on a diagnostic test — one was approved a week later. Today, the U.S. isn’t even close to meeting test demand

    1560 words on the new story, which is a good day for me. Tomorrow's goal is 2300 words, in between recording bass tracks for 3 songs. I'm just shy of 10k total.

    Spent my not-day-job energy today rehearsing music, and did not accomplish much writing. But the story is going well. I foresee a big writing day tomorrow. 7,662 words.

    It's been 8 years almost to the day since I released Amity. Good god. In the time since: divorced, both kids now grown and moved out, wrote some screenplays, directed a movie, opened and closed a business, joined a few bands. And now I find that I once again.
