Weekly excess deaths at home excluding COVID-19 has been above the 5 year average for deaths at home EVERY week since week 11. All deaths have been lower 10 of the 34 weeks. No wonder the government don't want to do a risk assessment as it shows nearly 30k excess deaths at homepic.twitter.com/HN7uDk89RE

I think this is due in part to the terminally ill deciding against ending their days in hospital alone, and possibly contracting CoVid, when they could die surrounded by family at home.

I see another side not the whole picture but a small piece. How many have passed away in their own home with family and friends with the emotional bonds around them who would otherwise have died in a hospital separated from everything and everyone they loved.
