    Looking at whether my credit card provider can refund me under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. In Primera's T's & C's it explicitly states refunds will be issued in the event of delays and cancellations. As they haven't it's a breach of contract

    I’ve just contacted who are interested in ‘s lack of regard for customers in conjunction with spending big bucks on new advertising campaigns. Hopefully this will kick Primera’s accounting team into action.

    Why have I had to deal with so many shitty airlines this year! I am STILL waiting for my refund and compensation, it’s been over 3 months now when will I actually get it?! Credit card is charging me interest monthly because of this so I better be refunded for that too

    Still waiting for promised refund of $4700 for alternative tkts bought after Primera cancelled our STN - EWR flight early July. They promised the money by Sep 6. No response to any of our e mails since 9 August. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
