I remember a friend of my aunt's was jogging his regular route along the train tracks (Union Pacific), got into a confrontation with a guard, handcuffed in a truckbed, taken to the UP office and left drugged in a closet. Was released and went to the DA, he said no law was broken.

My parent's house backs up to a railroad. Freaked me out one day when a guy with a badge+gun showed up asking if my neighbors were building a pond next to the railroad and if we were helping (we weren't, they were). I had be unaware of their jurisdiction.
