3/ I spoke about this once, but crypto companies could learn a lot from Netflix. Their northstar was to always deliver content to consumers as quick and convenient as possible.

4/ Reed Hastings was a technologist. He always knew that Netflix would eventually stream content over the internet. But at launch in 1997, the quickest way to send 4.7gb of data across the country was on a dvd in the mail.

6/ Imagine if Netflix had attempted to use streaming as their primary delivery mechanism in 1997. It would've been compelling to a very small audience, but at the sacrifice of reaching their full potential... Like a lot of today's crypto companies.
