    To those who did: RIP adding gif descriptions to tweets. To those who didn’t: It’s a great time to start! Turn on compose image descriptions (why this isn’t a default is still beyond me). Make your feeds more accessible! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

    Lesson learned over four years. DO require specific points in your process for accessibility, and DO include it in the flow of steps like Design, Code and Doc rather than it's own separate step.

    Great thread on writing well, to communicate your idea, establish your intention, and influence people 🖊️💪🧠

    Being able to clearly and concisely communicate an idea, and tailor your message to a variety of audiences is a core skill for most engineers. But being able to use writing and presentation skills to tell stories and persuade audiences is where the real magic happens.
