Imagine that. The Supreme Court went beyond upholding the 2018 Mississippi abortion law and gave MS more than they dreamed possible. This is the current Court that failed to restrain itself to the challenge at hand — wielded its power to go beyond the request before the Court.

Reminder>Fallout from the SC decision to ‘Let the states decide’ abortion. The case> MS law made most abortions illegal after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Days after the SC opinion, the new trigger law was put in place.
