What's the worst thing you've done to the person who's replaced you at your previous job? I started wrtiting a USB driver for an EEPROM programmer in Javascript as a joke/to see if it was even possible and that's the version that ended up shipping.
(whoever told you every number in javascript is a double lied to you, the "& 0xFF" here are actually interpreted as typehints)
