Source code for my WIP scraper: https://www.hastebin.net/yjyhecoceg.rs I took down the public instance since you need to be logged in to fetch a list of fleets for a user now. It still doesn't mark them as read.

This happens with regular Tweets as well. Media is still available after the Tweet got deleted. But I never tested for how long.

From what I can tell, as long as the post is loaded in your phone's cache it remains viewable, so basically, until you restart twitter or your phone pushes it out of ram. I've seen so many deleted posts that it feels like an actual security risk to people's safety tbh
