for anyone who had random buffering issues with my streams before, I have increased HLS segment length last night which seems to have fixed the issue. especially for clients that open a new HTTPS connection per segment, even though my server supports HTTP/2 (i.e. mpv)
part of me wants to add lib-jitsi-meet to the web client, the other part of me enjoys just putting those movies out there with no audience interaction and no idea who's watching
but I do want to experiment with what could be done with audio detection/3D audio to make the experience of watching a movie on a video call not terrible
