I've only ridden this twice, both times I found cars parked or driving in the "PBL". Also wrong way cyclists past the north terminus. As it stands today, this facility is confusing and dangerous. It needs real protection and way finding at the ends.

Can the bike signalization at these pedestrian-only crossings (64th and Sunnyside) be changed to flashing red? So that bikes can legally proceed after stopping for peds? I haven't seen any cyclists stay stopped for the full solid red bike signal.
