The culprit is an air hose that fell off the top effectively acting as a siphon. Or was cat pushed. Either way. The actual tank is sound.

Sorry mate... missing the connector housing b/w intake pipe and pump. (drop-in filter design) and my internal design filter is for small tanks. Didn't mean to get your hopes up. Hit me (DM) up if you need parts. I have plenty.
