So the bird’s completely dependent on the man now. It thinks humans are what? Good all of a sudden? That is seriously egocentric behaviour. Humans are shit.
-
The bird can stay with him for the rest of her life. She's probably used to the routine and is fine with it. Nothing keeps her from flying away, so we can assume she's content. I doubt this one happy home is going to threaten the species.
-
Well said. I think it’s an example of a great friendship. That shows the bird is happy and content and like you said, “nothing is stopping it from flying away”.

-
I just love how it is working out for their mutual benefit. I think the gentleman enjoys the responsibility of taking care of her.

Just have a look at the case from the worms' point of view. What a massacre!

Precious. Life. How can you not be amazed and overcome? Human ignorance dictates superiority because we carry a larger stick or because we cannot communicate. Who really is the intellect?

Starling. It looks like a starling....
-
An American robin aka a thrush of sorts. I believe. Turdus (lol) migratorius. As opposed to a European robin (Erithacus rubecula). The American robin was named after the European one cos it has the red breast too.
